Applications for student accommodation for the academic year 2026/2027 open as early as April 17

Tuesday 7 April 2026, 9:00

Palacký University is launching the application process for student accommodation for the 2026/2027 academic year. Students will be able to submit their applications electronically via the ISKAM system starting April 17, 2026.

Both current students (whether already accommodated or not) and newly admitted applicants to first-year programmes are eligible to apply for accommodation.

Room reservations will take place in two phases. Until April 27, 2026, priority will be given to currently accommodated students, who may reserve their existing rooms. From April 28, 2026, the system will open to all students with approved applications, allowing them to select any available room across the dormitories. Reservations will be possible only until capacity is reached.

Applications must be submitted exclusively through the ISKAM system. Current students can access it via the UP Portal (Dormitories/ISKAM tile), while newly admitted students can log in directly via https://iskam.upol.cz in the applicants section.

To confirm a reservation, students must pay the accommodation deposit in full and sign the accommodation contract no later than 14 days after making the reservation. Both steps can be completed online within the system.

Detailed information on how to submit an application, select a room, and other requirements is available to students in the instructions provided within the ISKAM system.
