Due to an urgent database outage affecting the ID card system, a number of university systems will be unavailable on Thursday, July 16, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Logging in with university credentials will not work, and therefore it will not be possible to order meals at the canteens.
The database outage is necessary for maintenance and updates; all related services – such as ECP, EDO, CES, Dynas, the Portal, the people search, and others – will also be unavailable.
Since the login system will be down, it will not be possible to order meals at UP canteens during the outage; we recommend placing your orders well in advance.
According to the SKM, the outage should not affect the pickup of pre-ordered meals using employee or student ID cards; to be on the safe side, staff will also have a printed list of orders by name ready.
