Current Information on Student Residence Availability
At present, the number of available beds in the student residences operated by the Accommodation and Dining Services (SKM) is limited. As vacancies become available gradually, some accommodation applications remain in the "Pending" status.
Accommodation capacity for returning students is currently full, and applications from first-year students are now being processed. Nevertheless, we recommend that returning students check the status of their accommodation application regularly, as places may become available on an ongoing basis.
If your application status is "Approved", you can verify your accommodation offer by logging into the ISKAM system. Check whether a room is available in any of the residences. If a place is available, please reserve it immediately, pay the accommodation deposit (reservation deposit), and sign the Accommodation Agreement electronically.
Once you have completed these steps, your reservation is confirmed and your accommodation has been secured.
Notice
Renovation work is currently continuing in Block B of J. L. Fischer Hall of Residence. Accommodation can therefore only be reserved in Block A of this residence. Please note that your stay may be affected by noise resulting from the ongoing construction works.
As compensation, students accommodated from 1 September 2026 in selected rooms in Block A of J. L. Fischer Hall of Residence facing the construction site will receive a 5% discount on the monthly accommodation fee.
