Na Zákopě 543/26, Olomouc

Chválkovice Dormitory is located in a quiet part of Olomouc, away from the main university campuses. It is a suitable choice for students who prefer a smaller-scale environment, greater privacy and easy access to nature. The surrounding area offers cycle paths, hiking trails and opportunities for sports and outdoor activities.

The five-storey building with a lift has a capacity of 203 beds. Accommodation is provided in double rooms arranged in units. Each unit consists of two rooms sharing bathroom facilities and a refrigerator.

Students have access to shared kitchens equipped with a hob, oven, microwave and electric kettle. Internet access, a laundry room with a drying room, bicycle storage, study rooms and a TV room are also available.

A major advantage of the dormitory is its extensive leisure facilities. The grounds feature an outdoor sports court, outdoor barbecue, gym and a room with table tennis. Irons, ironing boards and vacuum cleaners can be borrowed at the reception.

Thanks to its smaller capacity and quiet location, the dormitory is particularly popular among students looking for an environment suitable for studying and relaxing away from the busier university campuses.
