Generála Svobody Dormitory
Šmeralova 12, Olomouc
The main accommodation facility for the general public and guests of Palacký University. It offers hotel rooms suitable for short stays, business trips, visits to Olomouc, as well as conference and university event participants.
The dormitory is conveniently located on the Envelopa Campus, close to the city centre, the main railway station and most Palacký University faculties.
Summer Accommodation
During the summer months, additional Palacký University dormitory capacity is available to the general public. Summer accommodation is particularly popular with tourists, participants in cultural and sporting events, school groups and visitors to Olomouc.
The availability of individual dormitories depends on current operations and the dates of your stay.

Reception Contacts
Check-in is available at the dormitory reception from 14:00–17:00 and 18:00–23:00. If you expect to arrive after 23:00, please contact the reception in advance. Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure at the latest.
A local accommodation fee applies to short-term stays. The conditions and amount of the fee are set by the City of Olomouc under Municipal Ordinance No. 14/2023 on the Local Accommodation Fee.
